RESTORATIVE YOGIC HEALING©
These straightforward practices include a specific sequence of simple and mindful yogic and Vedic self-care and energization exercises; relaxation and breathing techniques in supported reclining restorative yoga poses; and ends with a guided quiet healing meditation.
You will receive clear instructions to easily set up these positions,
plus instructions for the affirmative anointing and use of your essential oils, which is optional.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR RESTORATIVE YOGIC HEALING©
HONOR YOUR PRECIOUSNESS.
*Create a quiet space where you can fully extend your limbs both lying down and sitting.
*Have your zoom apparatus set up for you to be seen with full body seated, and legs extended.
*If at all possible, have a bare wall for you to sit in front of on the floor, and be able to extend your legs up on.
*Bring any healing intentions for yourself and/or others!
*If you intend to use any essential oils, have them close by.
*Dress warm, especially your feet.
*Have within your reach your props, such as:
- Please have a yoga strap, old dress tie, long sturdy scarf or long narrow piece of material with you.
- 2 or 3 blankets, perhaps of various sizes
- an eye covering (eye pillow, eye mask, or folded cloth or wash cloth)
- 1or 2 bath towels, and/or a pliable or neck pillow ( an airline one can work)
- yoga blocks (optional)
- bolster(s) and/or big firm/sturdy pillow(s) to support your knees
- some kind of mat that can be rolled up or folded
- any other props you need or like to use
