🌞 Yoga on the Beach – Let’s Flow, SF!
Catch us at Ocean Beach this Sunday (June 1st) and again June 15th for a beachside yoga session from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
We’ll flow with the waves, stretch in the sand, and soak up all the salty air and sunshine.
Bring a mat, water, and a smile — good vibes are guaranteed. 🌊🧘♂️

Turning 70 isn’t an ending—it’s an unfolding.
I never want to get stuck in my ways. I want to stay curious, open, teachable. There’s always more to learn—especially when it comes to my spirituality and personal growth.
Aging, to me, is about deepening into wisdom, refining purpose, and paying closer attention to what really matters.
This next chapter isn’t about slowing down. It’s about looking inward, listening more closely, and staying wide open to what life is still trying to show me.

Seventy feels like an unbelievable amazing arrival—one without noise, one that is with a quiet accepting grace.
I’ve spent decades being curious, in wonder, with intentional inquiries, meditating, and learning that real strength is born in the ‘rest’ of listening in the Silence. That quality of space that heals what is revealed. That ‘rest’ is the root of strength. Instead of something to earn, it is to practice and honor.
Sacred Longevity® is the rhythm I continue to practice living by: a more slower, softer, stronger aware pace, being deeply present with my body, listening inward, and trusting that peace—not pressure—is the path.
No more hustling, only aligning! Yay!
