• 4-Tuesday Group Sessions 6:00 - 7:15 pm PDT plus

• 4-One Hour 1-on-1 Individualized Integration Sessions Scheduled Individually

(Please note: This is NOT a hatha/asana/yoga poses type of program.)

In this #2 Sacred Pillar© we will address the The Embodied Body where:

• In each 4 weekly group sessions we will progressively address and explore ultimate and key Self Care, Self Love and Self Realization techniques.

• In each 1-on-1 Integration session, you will have the opportunity to discover more about resting and relaxing to experience your True Nature, and be more your Authentic Self, a Truth Embodied Force and Love Source.

The information, practices and facilitation offered are designed to increase your abilities and potential to understand, inhabit, and communicate with your body and its innate intelligence.

Each Embodied Pillar group session will include: 

• 2 guided opening meditations: The Relational Breathing© Meditation & The Intuitive Revealing Meditation©

• Presentation of the week's exploration, practices, and principles for attending to, caring for, and honoring the body 

• Learning subtle and effective techniques to:

  - rest and relax more easily

- reduce stress and stiffness in the body

- clear and energize your vital centers/ chakras

  - energize

• The directions for the week’s optional short and sweet Mindful Body Mini Practice

• Playful Sacred Longevity© Game Board instructions for aiding, tracking, and measuring your weekly process, and progress 

• Q & A time

• A closing guided healing meditation
