Held on San Francisco's coast line, this is an outdoor (weather permitting) mixed level Fine Body Yoga® class, suitable for those new to yoga to advanced practitioners. Individual attention assured.

Dress warmly and in layers. Bring one, or preferably two yoga mats.

Have practical shoes for walking on sand and consider a warm hat or visor hat depending on weather.

The Yoga Above the Beach classes offer the dual benefit of being on the spectacular Ocean Beach as well as a deepened connection with nature, which is intended to be very refreshing and inspirational.
